On 21 March 2025, with the co-organization of UNCITRAL: United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), İTOTAM - Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Center, the Turkish Arbitration Academy and İstanbul Ticaret Odası (İTO), a webinar titled "Reforming International Dispute Settlement: Key Insights on UNCITRAL WG III and ICSID Reform" will be held.
The webinar will discuss the current work of UNCITRAL Working Group III on Investor-State Dispute Settlement.
The webinar will be held in English and there will be a Q&A session at the end of the webinar.
